At of Viennas most beautiful cellars the evening starts with a guided tour through the Hat Museum, where you learn all about the hats of the imperial times. After the "Hat Parade", where you try on original hats, you proceed with your hat to the Imperial Wine Treasure Vaults  of the 300 years old cellar. There you will taste three different wines and enjoy the first course of your menu. (3 open finger sandwiches per person: with ham , ewe's cheese and vegetarian). Afterwards you will be served the following courses of your menu at the restaurant:

- Clear "Julienne" soup with vegetables and fine noodles
- "Biedermeier-Pärchen"- comprising 2 roulade specialities:
a) turkey roulade filled with root vegetables plus
b) pork roulade filled with onions and cabbage prunes and walnuts
- Accompaniments according to your choice
- Dessert Potpourri "Waldheimat-Tommerl"
a light saffron and honey sponge cake with warm forest fruits on a cranberry -yoghurt sauce, vanilla parfait and whipped cream.
