The hotel “Das Triest” is situated in the heart of Vienna, a ten minutes walk from St. Stephens´ cathedral , near the Underground station U1, U2, U4 “Karlsplatz” and the Naschmarkt open-air market.

The hotel has a truly unique heritage. Three centuries ago, it was a coaching inn for the journey from Vienna to Trieste. Original parts of the 17th and 18th century building have been incorporated into the public rooms of this luxurious modern hotel, designed by the internationally renowned architect Sir Terence Conran. A unique feature is the green central courtyard offering breakfast or barbecue in the summer. The hotel is the home of the award-winning restaurant Collio, a bar, a garden, sauna, solarium and a fitness room.
