What does it all cost?

The following terms are naturally just a guideline, as every congress is organized separately and in line with the client’s requirements. We shall be happy to prepare you a specific offer based on your requirements.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

There is absolutely no charge for our room reservation service, since our organizational and administrative costs are covered by hotel commissions.

SUPPORTING PROGRAMME

The price indications per person for guided tours are:

  • City walks (minimum 15 people) starting at € 15,–
  • Half-day bus tours (minimum 25 people) in and around Vienna starting at € 25,–
  • Full day bus tours (minimum 25 people) incl. lunch starting at € 65,–

Certified tour guides/one language up to 25 people/half day starting at € 140,–

EVENING PROGRAMME

The organization fee (starting at 10% or set fee) is based on the scope and size of the event.

Z.B. For example, gala dinner for 200 people at the Palais Ferstel: The total costs for renting the palace, signage, cloakroom, aperitif, four-course gala dinner, Austrian wine, water, coffee, menu cards, floral decorations on the table and organizational fee come to approx. € 22.000,– for an event taking place this year.

VARIOUS SERVICES

Transfers - one-way bus transfer to Vienna from € 150,– Airline reservation – ticket service charge fee from € 35,– Hostesses – for reception and information stands from € 23,–/hour, minimum 4 hours.

All prices are exclusive of 10% or 20% VAT.
