We recommend to make your package reservation not later than October 7, 2011. After that date availability cannot be guaranteed. After receiving your booking form, Austropa Interconvention will send a confirmation for your package reservation. A down payment of 50% of the total amount should be made within 14 days after receiving the confirmation. The full amount has to be paid until October 15, 2011.

Any changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to Austropa Interconvention. For cancellations until October 7, 2011 a handling fee of Euro 100,00 per booked package will be charged. For cancellations received until November 15, 2011 the first down payment cannot be refunded. No refund for cancellations after November 15, 2011 is possible.

The first down payment of 50% of the booked arrangement should be paid after receiving the confirmation from Austropa Interconvention. Payment could be made by bank transfer or by credit card. Exact information will be sent together with your confirmation.
