BOOKING CONDITIONS

Changes and cancellations have to be sent in writing to Austropa Interconvention.

 

Individual hotel reservations

Booking information
* It is recommended to make your reservation in time - hotel reservation deadline is October 15, 2011
* Rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis according to availability.
* To secure your reservation a 1 night(s) hotel deposit per booked room is required.
* Once deposit payment has been received a confirmation will be sent.
* Final hotel expenses (minus pre-paid deposit) have to be paid directly at the hotel upon check out. The hotel will issue an invoice. The number of overnights booked in advance will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that the hotel is entitled to charge all pre-booked nights.

 

Cancellation
* For room cancellations received before October 15, 2011 an administration fee of € 40,- per room will be charged.
* No refund of the hotel deposit can be made for cancellations received after that date or for No-Show. In case of No-Show the hotel reservation will be released after the first night.

 

 

Registration Conditions - Cancellation & Refunds
Any changes and cancellations of registration must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat AUSTROPA INTERCONVENTION.
On cancellation:
* before/ on November 23, 2011: 50% refund is granted
* after November 23, 2011: No refunds will be made
Refunds will be handled after the congress. No refunds can be made for any services not used.

 

Liability

Austropa Interconvention acts as agent only and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. The customer takes part in all tours and trips at his own risk. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Vienna.
