BOOKING CONDITIONS
Changes and cancellations have to be sent exclusively in writing to Austropa Interconvention.
Individual hotel reservations (up to 10 rooms)
Booking Conditions
* It is recommended to make your reservation in time - hotel reservation
deadline is July 6, 2009
* Rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis according
to availability.
* To secure your reservation a hotel deposit payment per booked room is
required as following: up to 4 nights one night deposit payment, 5 nights
or more two nights deposit payment.
* Once deposit payment has been received a confirmation will be sent.
* Final hotel expenses (less pre-paid deposit) have to be paid directly
at the hotel upon check out. The hotel will issue an invoice for the pre-booked nights. The number
of overnights booked in advance will serve as the basis for your hotel
invoice. Please note that the hotel is entitled to charge all pre-booked
nights.
Cancellation Conditions
* For room cancellations received before July 6, 2009 an administration fee of € 40,--
per room will be charged.
* No refund of the hotel deposit can be made for cancellations received
after that date or for No-Show. In case of No-Show the hotel reservation
will be released after the first night.
Company/GroupConditions
Company/group bookings (10 or more rooms) are subject to the signed contract conditions.
Liability
Austropa Interconvention acts as agent only and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. The customer takes part in all tours and trips at his own risk. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Vienna.
You authorise us to use all registration data given on the form for a computerised handling of the congress as well as to put them at the disposal to congress participants. You can recall your authorisation any time in writing by e-mail.
