BOOKING CONDITIONS

Changes and cancellations have to be sent in writing to Austropa Interconvention.

 

Individual hotel reservations

 

Booking information
* It is recommended to make your reservation in time - hotel reservation deadline is July 8, 2010
* Rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis according to availability.
* To secure your reservation a 1 night(s) hotel deposit per booked room is required.
* Once deposit payment has been received a confirmation will be sent.
* Final hotel expenses (minus pre-paid deposit) have to be paid directly at the hotel upon check out. The hotel will issue an invoice. The number of overnights booked in advance will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that the hotel is entitled to charge all pre-booked nights.

 

Cancellation
* For room cancellations received before July 8, 2010 an administration fee of € 40,- per room will be charged.
* No refund of the hotel deposit can be made for cancellations received after that date or for No-Show. In case of No-Show the hotel reservation will be released after the first night.

 

If you have booked your room through the HRS HOTEL SERVICE above mentioned conditions do not apply!

 

Registration

In case of cancellation before August 15, 2010 100% of the total fee will be refunded.
After August 15, 2010 50% of the total fee will be refunded.

 

Liability

 

Austropa Interconvention acts as agent only and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. The customer takes part in all tours and trips at his own risk. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Vienna.

 

In oder to avoid unnecessary expense, we recommend warmly to contract an travel insurance.
