BOOKING CONDITIONS
Changes and cancellations have to be sent in writing to Austropa Interconvention.
Registration
* In case of cancellation until August 14, 2010 an amount of € 100,- will be reinbursed.
* In case of cancellation after that date no refund can be made.
Individual hotel reservations
Booking information
* It is recommended to make your reservation in time - hotel reservation
deadline is July 9, 2010
* Rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis according
to availability.
* To secure your reservation a 1 night(s) hotel deposit per booked room is required.
* Once deposit payment has been received a confirmation will be sent.
* Final hotel expenses (minus pre-paid deposit) have to be paid directly
at the hotel upon check out. The hotel will issue an invoice. The number
of overnights booked in advance will serve as the basis for your hotel
invoice. Please note that the hotel is entitled to charge all pre-booked
nights.
Cancellation
* For room cancellations received before July 9, 2010
an administration fee of € 40,- per
room will be charged.
* No refund of the hotel deposit can be made for cancellations received
after that date or for No-Show. In case of No-Show the hotel reservation
will be released after the first night.
Sightseeing tours
Booking information
* Full pre-payment is required.
* Once payment is received a confirmation will be sent.
* All tours are accompanied by an English speaking guide and are subject
to change.
* The minimum number for walking tours is fifteen, for bus tours twenty
five persons.
* All tours will depart from and return to the congress venue, unless
otherwise stated.
* The vouchers and receipt will be handed out at the on-site travel agency
desk at the congress venue.
Cancellation
* Tour cancellations can be made free of charge until July 9, 2010.
* No refund for tour cancellations after that date, for lost tickets as
well as for services not taken.
* Tours will be cancelled if the minimum number should not be reached,
full refund will be made for tours, which will not take place.
Liability
Austropa Interconvention acts as agent only and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. The customer takes part in all tours and trips at his own risk. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Vienna.
In oder to avoid unnecessary expense, we recommend warmly to contract an travel insurance.
